Quintana alleges that there were several occasions when he was physically and sexually harassed by Peters. The harassment included being groped by male individuals on Peter’s behalf, as well as allegations that Peters would wrestle Quintana in a sexual manner, and that Peter’s would fondle himself in front of Quintana.
