The conduct that makes you feel uncomfortable must be offensive, and severe and pervasive. Thus, a one-time off-color comment may not suffice as sexual harassment. However, if your boss or co-worker has continually made offensive sexual jokes, you may have experienced the ‘hostile work environment’ harassment.
